Tho fortnightly meeting of the Akaroa. Borough Council was held on Wednesday. Present—Tho Mayor (Mr Geo. Armstrong), and Cr3. Noonan, Fyfe. Muuro, Williams, fitenning, Haylock, Loctc, and CantrclL
