BOY'S HIGH SCHOOL CADET CAMP.

To-morrow afternoon and evening the ladies of tlio Malvern district-in-tend to entertain the Christchurcn Boys' High School Cadets in camp. Part of the afternoon will be devoted to tests in physical drill, etc. Certain welcome additions will be made to the ordinary camp rations, and a concert will be held in the evening. On Sundav the church parade will be taken by the Rev. L. A. Knight, an old pupil of the school, while the C.E.M.S. representative will conduct the evening scrvice. A light rain fell on "Wednesday evenbut comparatively little inconvenience was caused, as Ihe marquees provided the necessary shelter up to l.aj-t I'ost. Though some of the touts were not absolutely dry, no great discomfort resulted.
