A Russian communique states: — The Russian communique states: — •'.Enemy attacks south-oast of Kovel in the wooded Carpathians, and in Moldavia, wore repulsed, and we captured some hoights. "The .Germans are unsuccessfully attacking Oislau and Mizelu, thirty miles north-east and twenty-five east of Ploesci respectively."' MORE GERMAN SUCCESSES.
