SCHOOL CADET CAMPS.
CHRIST'S COLLEGE. The Christ's College Cadets, about--200 strong, loft. Christchurch by train yesterday morniug for Bennetts Junction. v. here t.hey detrained, marched sis miies to the Ashley and. went into camp. Captain Farthing and a fatigue party of 20 boys went out on Tuesday to prepare the ground and pitch the tents. The. camp will be under the command of Captain Farthing, Lieut. Lusk assisting. BOYS' HIGH SCHOOL. Tho Boys' High -School Cadets, under the command of Captain J. R. Montgomery, with Lieut. L. G. Whitehead assisting, moved into camp on Captain I>. McMillan's ground at Waddington yesterday morning. There -were 180 of all ranks. An advance party, under Q.M.S. Hicks, left on Tuesday to make arrangements. Instructors Staff Q.M.S. M. J. H. Pounds and Staff Q.M.S. M. Kenned' "will be in camp, which will last for a "creek.
