(Before his Honour Mr Justice Denniston.) IX CHAMBERS. In McKellar and others v. the Isle of Man S.P.C.A., and others, a motion for leave to serve outside New Zealand jurisdiction, was made by Mr Gressou. and an order made accordingly. in the same estate, an order was granted that defendants should defend in a representative capacity. In the >amo estate a motion for directions to serve was made, and an order issued that service he effected on defendants, D. T. Putt and P.
