BANDAGE .REQUIREMENTS. The following reply has been received by his Excellency the Governor of New ZeaWndfrom the Joint Coiomitee of the British Red Cross in London, in answer to an enquiry Mgarding bandage requirements:—"White open-work bandagee, all sizes up to 6 inches bandages flannel from 3 to 6 inches; dyeentwy pads, splint pads, limb pillows,' face cloths, and head bandages are articles most required."
