(rRESS ASSOCIATION* TELEGRAAI.} DUNEDIN, September 27. Tlie troopsiiip Willochra is expected to reach Otago Heads late to-night, and will come to Port Chalmers early tomorrow morning. A special train will take the Canterbury and North Island men, and will leave Port Chalmers at noon.
