THE HARRIS CUP. The third distanco for the Harris Cup was decided at the Tepid Batlis laat night. when the 75yds event was swum. Out of four competitors tlie result was aa follows: — C. F. Crosbie (Boys' High School) .. 1 S. Hollander (Bove' High School) .. 2 X. D. Cox (Christ's Colle s e) .. ..3 K. H. Hargreaves (Christ's College) .. 4 Time, 55sec. The Harris Cup was give by th© laie Mr George Harris some years ago, to encourage junior swimmers, and ia open to all secondary schools' pupils. There are four races held to decide as to who shall hold tho cup for the year, of which three have now been decided, and the Sna.l distance, the lOOydo, will be decided nest Thursday evening. At present, H. Hollander and C. F. Croabie, both of tie Boya' High School, are leading with five points each, and after them come tho Christ's College reproeentativeis, K. H. Hargreaves and N. D. Cox. who have, so far, secured four and thrco points respectively.
