The trial by court-martial of Captai l Bowen Colthurst, charged, with the murder of Sheehy-Skeffington, was continued to-day. An Army doctor gave evidence that Colthuist was unstrung, and in a state of mental instability. Counsel for the defence pleaded that Colt-hurst's wounds, received at Mons and the Aisne, complicated his condition.
