ALLEGED ILLEGAL EXECUTION; CASE OF SHEEBTY-SKEFFINGTON. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, Juno 7. The trial by court-martial of Captai l Bowen Colthurst, charged, with the murder of Sheehy-Skeffington, was continued to-day. An Army doctor gave evidence that Colthuist was unstrung, and in a state of mental instability. Counsel for the defence pleaded that Colt-hurst's wounds, received at Mons and the Aisne, complicated his condition. He advanced in direct opposition to orders at Monti, showing that he was irresponsible and lacked sclfcontiol. | Judgment was reserved, j POSITION OF ULSTER c6unties. A NATIONALIST CONFERENCE. (Received June Bth, 10.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 8. . It has been decided to summon a conference of Nationalist representatives in Ulster to consider Mr Lloyd George's proposals. It is believed that Mr Devlin has failed to induce the Nationalists .to agree to the exclusion of the six counties of Ulster from Home Rule. ,
