Venizolos openly accuses the Greek General Staff of preparing a Germanic alliance. Ih\ Dillon, telegraphing to the "Daily Telegraph," declares that Greec> is now ruled after the Prussian model by General Dusmanis, who holds the threads of Government, and employs four hundred spies provided by a German, Raron Schcnc-k. The ferment among the populace against the Germans is hourly increasing. General Dusmanis contemplates the proclamation of martial law and the arrest of M. Yenizelos.
