INTERCESSION SERVICE.
A -united service of intercession for the members of the St. John's Presbyterian and Rapaki and Lytteiton Methodist Churches, who have gone on active service, wae held in the last-named church on Sunday evening in the presence of a largo congregation. The Rev. Olliver and the Rev. Bates preached, and special hymns were sung. Following is a list of the members for whom the eervioo vas held:—Rev. A. Mitchell, Lieut. Commander H. G. Hatch well, E.
