It describes many of the best models selected from last year's competition, in which 10,000 boys took part. ELECTRIC TORCHES GIVEN AWAY In addition to the above-mentioned prizes, a number of Electric Torches will be given away. Each one-hundredth boy sending in the names and addresses of his chums will be given a handsome Electric Torch. All letters will be numbered in rotation as received.
