Tho liner Orari, which arrived at Auckland on Saturday morning from New York, via Panama Canal, is reported by an Auckland paper to havo experienced fine weather throughout _ her voyage, which was entirely without incident. Captain T. S. Weston is in charge of the vessel and has with him the following officers:—Chief, Mr O. H. Dawson ; second, Mv C. B. Lamb; third, Mr F. J. McKay, fourth, Mr R. The Orari is due shortly at Lyttelton. # After a protracted passage from Greymouth, the steamer Karamu arrived at Lyttelton yesterday morning. During the stress of the southerly weather she sheltered at Guard's Bay for about nineteen hours. The Kamo, bound from tho Wwt Coast to Wellington, was also sheltering near tho same place. Instructions having been received from her owners to dock tho barquentine Westfield, the "vessel was brought in from her anchorage yesterday and placed in the Lyttelton graving dock in order to have the barnacles and other_ marine growth, removed from her hull. She is expected to sail for Chile to-morrow or on Saturday. Having been delayed by rough weather, the I Kurow is not expected to reach Lyttelton from Wellington "until Sunday next.
