SOLDIERS' LIFE POLICIES.
MEETING THE PREMIUMS
In" order that policies covering the lives of members of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force . may not lapse during the'ir absence, the Minister of Defence has directed that, where the soldier has neglected to leave an allotment order for purpose, renewal premiums may be paid out, of deferred pay,' subject "to the following conditions : — (1) Premiums may be paid out of deferred pay only when the policy has been in force .for, not less than twelve months.
(2) They will not be paid on the request of x a life insurance company, or agent; but only on the expressed wish of some relative of person, who is interested in the soldier's welfare.
(3) Tho Paymaster to bs aftonvards communicated with to get a confirmatory order from the soldier.
