CENSORSHIP OF FILMS
LEGISLATION TO BE INTRODUCED. (rRESS ASSOCIATION' TELEGP.AM.) AUCKLAND, January 14. The "Star's'' Taumarunui correspondent states, on tho authority of tho Hon. G. W. Russell, that legislation will bo introduced next session for a Government censorship of moving pictures. The censorship will be on broad lines, and a picture will not be censored on tho opinion of one man. The Minister prohibited the exhibition of one picture recently.
