At the inquest concerning the death (if th<* woman known as AfeKeo. and lior child, who were murdered bv the half-casto, George Gordon, yesterday, tho sister of the deceased woman said sh.-» did not know it' deceased and Gordon wore married, but members of the i.unily always believed they wore man MIU wii'o. The Coroner (to the Chiof Detective): Do we know any differently from that? Thf Chief-Detective: It is penerally understood that Gordon had a wife iivi'u:. Tin- Coroner: In the absence of othrr evidence wo can assume they were married. .Miss McKoc. continuing, said it was 'he intention of her sister to leave Gordon. The inquest was adjourned. Gordon waa reported this afternoon to b 0 improving.
