December 1. Tho " Berliner Tngeblatt" describes the battle of Prishtina as the fiercest fought in tho Ba'kans. It says the enemy lost 20,000 men. Tho retreating Serbians destroyed the railway. which in this region passes through deiiles. and across mountain streams and peak*. thus giving continuous opportunities for the performance of damage by the Serbian mountain dwellers. It will proba't'y be months Iwfore the railway connexion hctwren Vienna and Constantinople is fully repaired. Amsterdam advises that se**eral train loads of labourers have left Co'ogno to repair the Serbian railway lines. IN MOX'EXEGRO. THE AUSTRIAN OFFENSIVE.
