On what grounds does ho object? It surely cannot be tho expense. Lights are cheap enough, or is it because "Triumph"' is a scorcher, and like unto all e\'il-doers desires not tli ft light, but darkness? Surely friend "Triumph" will agree with me it is essential for us riders to do all in our power to make cycle motoring safer and [.'leaner in every wav.—l am, etc., "ROVER."
