MAGISTERIAL. (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) • DRUNKENNESS. Six first offenders, five males and one female, were each fined oSj in default 24 hours' imprisonment. Rasmus Christian Frausdeu was charged with being found drunk in PeteVborough; street, and also with frocuring liquor whilst prohibited, [e was fined 20s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment on each charge, the periods to run consecutively.
