The committee of the Belgium Relief Fund are making a special appeal for further cash to help the many starving Belgians, who are in such sorry plight. Contributions may be sent to the hon. treasurer, Mr F. H. Pyne, or to Mr G. L. Donaldson, secretary. An assurance is given that tho food purchased with the money sent will not be consumed by tho Germans. The executive of tho Belgium Fund yosterdav forwarded £50,000 to the Undcrr-Socre-tary of Internal Affairs, Wellington, for transmission to relief authorities in London.
