A COSSACK VICTORY. PETROGRAD, Alay 13. An official statement says:—"On the Bukowina frontier, on the right bank of the Dniester, Cossacks traversed barbed-wire entanglements and dislodged the Austrians from three lines of trenches, capturing two thousand men, a battery of quick-firers, and a string of caissons."
