(By Cable.—Frcsa Association.— Copyright) SYDNEY, May 1. Mr \Y. H. Ilolman, the State Premior, submitted to tho Commodities Doard tho Colonial Sugar Company's letter. It points out that tho available- stocks of sugar in Australia will bo exhausted by August, aud it will bo necessary to import from Java and elsewhere. The company will bo unablo to meet the emergeacy owiug to tho Board fixing such prices as would leave a loss to the company of probably £7 per ton oo imported fcugar. Tho letter declare* tfeafc tho matter'is of urgent importance.
