HEAVY RAIN IN AUCKLAND.
(TMSB ASSOCIATTOy TKhTOItAU.) AUCKLAND, April 2. Heavy rain has fallen almost throughout the day and completely spoilt tho holiday. About two and a haif inches had fallen up to 3 p.m. It is nnderstood that several shop cellars have suffered by storm-water. In a cellar belonging to a picture framer. damage to the extent of about £145 has been done.
