RUSSIA'S PRESSURE TELLING.
FLANDERS LINE WEAKENED.
(Received April 3rd, 12.50 a.m.) ROTTERDAM, April 2. Russian pressure is demanding large German reinforcements, necessitating the weakening of the line in Flanders. The Germans are now attempting to extend the inundations on the Yfcer by destroying the sluices, indicating that they will remain purely on the defensive uutil suceejas jtgainst Russia enables tuern to I'fciiiiuo' the offensive in the West.
