The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.'s London Office quotes, the present spot .values for the following descriptions of tallow —Fine mutton 40s 3d per cwt; good beef, 33s 6d per cwt; mixed, 36s 3d per cwt. There Jβ a little ntore demand. Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London office, dated March 24th, 1915:—"Tallow —At auction, prices arclower by Is 6d for good, and Iβ for in- . ferior descriptions of ti\llow. Mutton tailow is nejfiect&d at the decline. The bulk of mixed tallow offered was sold."
