CYCLISTS SIGNAL TO ZEPPELINS. PARI->. March 23. Three cyclists have been arrested between Dunkirk and Calais on a charge of signalling to four Zeppelins iv the last-raid upon Calais. It is reported from Calais that cyclists were seen cycling beneath the Zeppelins which raided that town, and waving lanterns to them.' Evidence is acoumiih:ting that most of the Zeppelin and aeroplane raid . have been accompanied by similar efforts on the part of German paid cyclists and motorists, who sometimes may be found carrying pigeons.
