• It was officially announced to-night that the Honi W. H. Herries has been given the portfolios of "Marine and Customs, which were held up till January 12th last'by Mr F. M. B. Fisher, and since the latter's resignation, by the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. W. i? , . Massey).
