THE KING AND THE FLEET.
MESSAGE TO SIR JOHN JELLICOE. (Received March 4th, 10.20 p.m.) JX)XD'ON. March 4. The King .sent the following message to Sir John Jellieoc, after his visit to the Fleet:—'l am much impressed by the efficiency of the Grand Fleet and the eplcndid spirit of officers and men. I hare not the slightest doubt that my Navy will uphold its great traditions."
