VIENNA. March 3. The "Nouc Freio Prcsse"' says that the bombardment of the Dardanelles is the first Ktep towards the destruction of the Ottoman Empire. The displacement of power in relationship in the Mediterranean will bo so overpowering that it must be reckoned as one of the most serious consequences of the war.
