Tho following resolution was adopted at the E-enerul mectiny of the Fund be.d •on January 16th:— . ■ , "In the opinion of this Committee formed on cabled information from London, the needs of the poor Belgians are very much greater than those oi the poor of Great Britain und Ireland. Inetructions from subscribers as to. how they wish tneir contributions distributed will, of course, be carried out, but in futuTO. unless contrary instructions are received, all contributions will be forwarded for the xebef

of the Belgians." Contributions may bo forwarded to tUe hon treasurer, Mr F. H. Pyne (Jlesere Pyne and Co.), to Mr C.
