LONDON. March 3.
The Petrograd correspondent of "The Times" says that, despite mendacious reports of success at Przasnysz, it is known that tho Germans havo sustained utter defeat. If at certain points on this front they aro still offering re. distance, it is because they must keep tho railways intact for tho homeward journey of tho main body of the raiders who ventured towards the Nicmen Round Jedwabno. which commands tho only road to Osowietz from tho west, tho enemy i s - fighting desperately against tho Russian flanking movement. Tho Russians are threatening the whole northern flank of the enemy's position.
