The correspondent of "Tho Times" says official circles in Washington await the docwion of the French Prize Court in the Dncia case before moving. If France fails to recogm.se the validity of the transfer, it is reasonably certain that a protest will be tiled. Tho owner of the Paeia professes indifference as to the decision. He says he exported seizure by the French, but does not anticipate confiscation.
