MEETING OF LOCAL BOBIES. A conference of representatives of local Doilies was held at the ChriEtchurch Drainago Board's office yesterday to consider the inattor of drainage in tho Ellcsxbcbq country dktrkta. ilx R. 21. D. Morten presicfed.
