(FRBB3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN; February 19. The Master Plumbers' Conference today resolved: "That tho system ,of divided control by different local authorities in a drainage area is detrimental to the best interests of the general public.' . The following office-bearers were elected: President. Mr J. l>. Colvillo (Christchurch); vice-president, Mr AVrn. Judd <; Wellington.); treasurer. Mr W. C. Large; secretary. Mr F. Cooper; j three members of executive, Messrs j Blackmore, J. Fry. and J. B. Laurentson; provincial vice-presidents: Auck.'land, Air Jenkinson ; Poverty Bay, Mr I Rait; Taranakj and Wellington,- Mr jSigley; Hawke's Bay. Mr Ritchie; Wellington, Mr Hanson; Canterbury. Mr KiUick; Otago, Mr Wilson : Southland, Mr Spiers: Parliamentary Committeu, Messrs Ballinger. Eplin, Remington, Ramsay. Judd. and Hanson. ' Tlie Conference has adjourned, ft will meet at Christchurch nest, year, and at Wellington in 1917.
