WHEN THE TURKS AWAKE.
PARIS, 'January 7. Sherif Pasha, in an interview, said that tho Turks did not wish to join Germany, but they had no alternative because they were at the mercy of Talaat Bey and nine other members of the Committee of Union and Progress, who during the last year arid a half had received several miflion marks from
Germany. Sherif predicts that there is certain to bo a revolution when Turkey realises the significance of Sarykamysh.
