The Grand Duke Nicholas ha» received from Sir John French, on behalf of tho BritiUi Army, congratulations on the great Russian victory at Sarykamysli. General Joffre, in congratulating the Grand Duke on behalf of the French arniy on the great victory in the Caucasus, said. "By their constant and uninterrupted efforts in all theatres the Ailied Armies are paving the way to final victory."
