GREAT FIGHT EXPECTED. ACTIVITY AT KIEL. (Received Dccomber 22nd, 13. 00 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 21. Tho Kiel correspondent of tho 'Tribune," writing on November 24th, says the Germans place great faith in a now "Supor-Dreadnought" submarine. Na.val reservists are drilling under great pressure. Eight thousand workmen by day, and thrco thousand by night, aro feverishly working at vessels which can be completed within threo months, neglecting vessels which will tako a year to complete. Three thousand men. at Freiderischdorf are manufacturing torpedoes night and day. German officers scout tho idea that German ships are afraid to fight. All aro certain that a great naval fight will oome.
