Carmichael, Minister of Ed-'ucation, said tho Premier had authorised him to stato that a Superannuation Bill would be introduced during the present session, but tho dato of tho proclamation would depend wholly on the financial condition of tho country at the end of the war. *A retrospectivo clause would bo inserted.
