In the House of Lords, Lord Haldane, in replying to Lord Crawford's statement-*, at Leith that Germana are receiving signals, coal. aDd petrol from the coasts of Britain, said that tho War Office. Admiralty, and Homo Office were co-operating in unremitting vigilance to suppress the paid spy system that was known to exist.
