LONDON, November 27. A Dutch correspondent reports that while General Yon der Goltz, Military Governor of Belgium, was visiting the trenches, he. was .struck by a bullet in the face. Another correspondent slates that German nurses, before thc war, obtained positions -it Itoon-le-Tape. When the German troops arrived they acted as guides and superintended the billeting of the men. _" ' *
