The "TelegraaP* states that tho German garrisons in Belgium havo been reduced to half, and large numbers of troops continue to pour into the lighting line. PARIS, November 27. The Germans have been for a long time constructing a bridge at Dixmude for the large forco assembled thero. When tho task was nearing completion on Monday, a British naval armoured train dashed to within threequarters of a mile and opened fire with four guns and six mitrailleuses. In less than five minutes ono hundred engineers who wero working on the bridge were killed and fifty wounded, and the work was blown to splinters, despito tho effort, of a German battery, tho fire from which derailed ono truck of the train.
