STORY OF A SEPTEMBER INCIDENT.
(Received November 29th, 11.0 p.m.) PARIS, November 28Details of the destruction of German aeroplanes and motor-cars between Soissons and Compeigne on September Oth havo been published.. A troop of cavalry charged a convoy of machine guns, and annihilated them. Two other troops dashed up on foot, and killed tbo machine gun crews, smashed the engines, and fired three waggon-loads of petrol. A lieutenant and three mon attacked tho German commander. The latter killed the men and wounded the lieutenant, who killed his Gorman adversary. Only ten Frenchmen returned from the exploit.
