HOPE OF FRIENDSHIP. (Received November 29th. 5.15 p.m.) PARIS. November 28. I A French captain in the hospital at-- - I 3letz. writing to the "Patrie," -J"* y that the Kaiser visited French wounded and said: "I give Imperial homage to your valour. Notwithstanding the cruel ' circumstances of the present time, I do not despair one day of seeing Germany and France united "oy ties of since.* friendship."
