FRANCE AND BELGIUM.
MORE GERMAN ATTACKS REPULSED. ALLIED ARTILLERY .SUCCESSFUL. PARIS, November 27. An official communique states: — "The enemy's artillery fire is slackening everywhere. "We easily repulsed two infantry attacks at bridge-heads which we had thrown to tho right bank of tho Yse'r, south of Dixmude. "The enemy violently borabardod Rheims during a visit of neutral journalists." PARIS, November 28. An official statement issued this evening says: "We repulsed infantry attacks south of Ypres, where our artillery brought down a German biplane. Ono aviator was killed, and two captured. "Our heavy artillery inflicted heavy losses on tho enemy's artillery in tho champagne country." (Received November 29th,-11.5 p.m.) PARIS, November 28 (midnight). It is officially stated that tho situation h unchanged.
