Boys' High School dismissed Linwood ' for S3 (Gurnsey 10, Fleete 10, J. Cond- | liffe 34), and then piled up 300 for two wickets (Guiney 66, Nixon 142,. not out, j Woods 46). Nixon seven for 38, and Guiney three for 29, bowled well for the School. . ■ Christ's College 169 r. St. Albans. St. Albans made 127 for eight wickets East Christchurch _A v. Linwood A. Kirk 14, Salveson 16, Bullock IS). West replied with 152 for four wickets (Harrison 43 not out, Miller 54. Francis 21, Barron 22 nob out. Wanklyn 12). Riccarton A. batting against St. Albans, were all out for 50 (Hodder 14. Hamilton 19). Beadel six for 25 and Graham three for 13 bowled well for St. Albans, who made 220 for 6eveu wickets (Graham 67, Hickmott- 15, Davey 13, Mottram 37, Beadel 431. Liuwood A r. Boys' High School. The latter scored 227. Liuwood replied with 39 for five wickets. East- Christchurch scored 78, and Sydenham 175. In their second innings Sydenham scored 61 for one.
