It is estimated that a quarter of a million port workers are alreadyVidle. Tho censorship is eliminating all references to tho movements of troops and warships. Mr Carmiehnol, the "New South Wales Minister visiting London, interviewed Mr Harcourt and protested against tho unduo censorship of Press cablegrams to Australia. Mr Harcourt is investigating the matter.
