A YOUNG MAN'S DEATH. j Shortly after ten' o : clock last night a passer-by going over tbe Hereford street bridge had his attention drewn to a young man who was lying on the river "bapk, and who was evidently in great paia. The police were informed, but when a consfcablo reached the spot f the young man iran dead. A small bottle was found lying alopgddo him; the nature of the contents of which is not known, but it is supposed to have j contained poison. i Papers found on deceased showed *-hai his nam© was Sidney Hipwell, 34 years of age, and a native of Bedford, "Eag- , land. Nothing further was ascertain- i able about hia last night. j
