Lord MacDonnell's scherno for -TSUMt autonomy was negatived by 196 votes °Lords Crowo and Haldane opposed tho scheme, and Lords Loreburn, Courtney, and Bryce, supported it. Lord Lansdowne s amendment omitting the timo limit was carried by 13S votes to 39.
