A MOTION OF CENSURE
Earl Crewe, in tho House of Lord?, announced that the second readiug of tho Home Rule Bill would be taken on tho 30th inst-.' Tho Amending Bill would bo introduced next week. Lord Lansdowno intimated that no conversations had so far taken placo between Mr Bonar Law, himself, and tho Government. Lord Lansdowno gave notion of a motion censuring tho Government for delaying tho introduction of the Amending Bill.
