THE APPLE CASE. MR BISHOP'S JUDGMENT. Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., mado hia award on Friday in tho caso of Joseph "Nathan and Co., Ltd. v. Tho Styx Apple Co., Ltd. Tho matter was by order of the Supromo Court referred t<> tho arbitrament of Mr Bishop. The claim was for £1501 4s 4d, made in respect of a shipment of 40Q0 cases of apples sent to South America, which it was alleged were not in accordance with tho contract.
